The Land Group was founded in 2001 and has become a leading and innovative property development company. We specialise in development and project finance in the private and public sectors throughout the United Kingdom. Since its foundation, the company has worked extensively with NHS Trusts, educational establishments and commercial business and raises funds in the form of debt, equity, grants and lottery funding.
Major joint venture projects have included the extensive development of 40 acres of land at Ransomes Europark, where we acted as development managers and the ongoing significant joint venture with Breckland District Council to develop, manage and deliver commercial and residential schemes across the Norfolk district of Breckland. This significant joint venture started in 2015 and continues today.
The Land Group has also been active in the PFI market both as consultants and principals, notably winning bids at Maidstone (2002), The Royal Free (2004), Altnagelvin Hospitals (2006) and Suffolk Fire Stations (2007).
The Land Group has built a portfolio of shops, offices and residential investments over the last 25 years. Notable developments include Botolph Alley and Lovat Lane in the City of London, residential developments in Ramsgate and mixed residential investments at Woodford Green.
We have particular expertise in developing listed buildings and dealing with problematic planning permissions.
